Please note that payment of your registration fee is required before you can submit an abstract.

The abstract submission deadline is 30 June 2023.

Write your name and surname in full; for any other authors use initial(s) for the first name(s) followed by the surname. If your abstract has been accepted for a poster presentation, when preparing your poster please remember that the maximum size is A0 size (841 x 1189 mm; width x height). Portrait format is preferred, but landscape format is also allowed.

Travel Awards

Travel Awards in the amount of 500 EUR will be given to selected graduate student trainees and postdoctoral research fellows. If you want to be considered for an award, please upload your CV (2-page max) and a brief (<150 words) statement regarding your interest and motivation for attending EBPS by 30 April 2023, through your myEBPS2023 area in this website. Selections will be made based on the scientific abstract, CV, and statement of interest, with priority given to those from populations that have historically been underrepresented at EBPS.

Mentor-Mentee

EBPS is excited to offer meeting attendees the opportunity to partake in our Mentor-Mentee Program. This will serve as an opportunity for junior investigators and trainees to expand their networks and get to know more senior members of EBPS. There will be both informal and organized events to foster interactions between mentors and mentees. If you would like to partake in this program either as a mentor or a mentee, please complete the information during the registration procedure.
